This stunning example comes complete with all German WWII issue parts including a wood butt-stock, bipod, AA Spider Sight, inert ammunition, and a fabulous post-war lafette tripod. The rebuilt inert receiver is marked: "F.G, M.G. 42” Serial Number 4030a and coded dfb. The "dfb" code indicates that the weapon was manufactured by the GUSTLOFF-WERKE, Waffenerk SUHL, Germany during WW2.
